Subprocessors

To operate Vebbl, we use a small number of service providers ("subprocessors") that process personal data on our behalf under contract. This page lists the providers currently used across the Vebbl consumer, business, and administrative products. We keep it up to date as our providers change.

• Supabase Pte. Ltd — cloud hosting, database, authentication, and file storage. Primary hosting is in the United States (Amazon Web Services, us-west-2 region).
• Lovable Labs Incorporated (Lovable AI Gateway) — gateway and runtime for AI-assisted features. Requests are routed to a third-party model provider (at present, Google's Gemini models), which acts downstream of the gateway rather than as a direct Vebbl provider. Processing occurs in the United States and other regions where the provider and its model providers operate.
• Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) — transactional and service email, such as notifications and invitations.

Some subprocessors rely on their own providers to deliver their services. For AI-assisted features, the Lovable AI Gateway currently uses Google's Gemini models as a downstream model provider. The specific model or provider may change over time.

We may add, remove, or replace subprocessors as our products evolve. This page reflects the current list. Business customers subject to a data processing addendum may be entitled to advance notice of new subprocessors as described in that addendum. See our Data Processing Addendum for details.
