Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vebbl's websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Vebbl. You are responsible for your account, for safeguarding credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Vebbl provides local discovery features including search, recommendations, tiles, friend activity, messaging, notifications, and business listings. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Vebbl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Business listings, analytics, and paid features are also governed by the Vebbl Business Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled and are subject to the pricing in effect at renewal.

The Service, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Vebbl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service, no rights are granted to you.

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEBBL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vebbl harmless from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and update the Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
