Business Terms

These Business Terms govern your use of Vebbl for Business ("VBD") features, including business listings, analytics, subscriptions, and related tools. They supplement the Vebbl Terms of Service.

You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you claim or manage. Submitting false ownership claims may result in immediate removal and account termination.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including name, address, hours, contact details, photos, and category. Listings must:

• Reflect a real, operating business at the stated location.
• Comply with applicable laws, licensing, and platform policies.
• Not contain misleading, deceptive, or prohibited content.

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize Vebbl (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees, including taxes, on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Analytics provided to businesses are aggregated and de-identified. They are intended as a directional view of engagement and do not constitute audited metrics.

You grant Vebbl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use listing content (including names, logos, photos, descriptions) to display, promote, and operate the Service.

Businesses must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Practices such as review manipulation, deceptive promotions, or harassment of customers are prohibited.

We may suspend or remove listings, restrict features, or terminate business accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or risk to users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vebbl's aggregate liability to a business under these Business Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by that business to Vebbl in the 12 months before the claim.
