1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Vebbl, including consumer (WCMA), business (VBD), and administrative (SAC) users. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, feature restriction, or account termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not, and may not allow others to:

  • Use Vebbl to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or that infringes intellectual property.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others through messages, friend features, or tile sharing.
  • Submit fake reviews, fake tiles, or manipulate search, discovery, or analytics.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Vebbl system without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use Vebbl to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.

3. Abuse Prevention

We use automated and human review to detect and prevent abuse. We may rate-limit, challenge, suspend, or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

4. Security Research

We welcome good-faith security research. Please contact security@vebbl.io before testing. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the Service, or publish vulnerabilities prior to disclosure.

5. Reporting Violations

Report violations in-app or to support@vebbl.io.

6. Enforcement

Vebbl may take action it considers appropriate in response to violations, including removing content, restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.
